The Audit Trail helps authorized administrators investigate recorded activity. Its overview shows the operation, result, user, and date. Open a row to inspect the available details and recorded payload.
The section requires the Audit Trail permission and must also be enabled for the team. Records are retained for approximately six months, so it is not a permanent archive.
Audit entries can contain customer data submitted during an operation. Share their details only with people who are authorized to investigate the event.
