Static and Dynamic Content

Relayter has two templating families:

• Static content produces page-based layouts. A Template combines page settings and content areas with a static Ruleset, Design Library, and optionally a Master page.
• Dynamic content produces After Effects or HTML output. A Template combines its engine and channel with an After Effects or HTML project file and a dynamic Ruleset.

Both families can define Variant presets so a publication uses different resources for different versions of the same content. Templates are then used to generate Publication Items.
