Data Fields and Forms
Data fields define the information Relayter stores for Briefing Items, Products, and Assets. A field has a name and type: String, Number, Date, Boolean, Numeration (item list), or List. Number fields can use currency formatting, and item-list fields can allow multiple selections.
Field settings can make values available in filters or autocomplete. Briefing fields can also be made variant-specific. Once variants are enabled for a field, they cannot be disabled. Existing options in a Numeration field cannot be removed, although new unique options can be added.
Forms control which fields appear, and their order, when customers add or edit Briefing Items, Products, or Assets. A form must contain at least one field and cannot contain the same field twice.
