Sticky Notes
A Sticky Note is a comment pinned to a specific spot on a Publication Item's preview — its layout image, video frame, or HTML preview. Sticky notes let reviewers give feedback tied to an exact location on the item, instead of a general comment.
What a sticky note contains
- The position it's pinned to on the item's preview.
- A status (for example new, approved, or rejected).
- A reply thread, so other users can respond.
- For video content, optionally a time range the comment applies to.
Where to find them
Open a publication item and use its sticky notes panel alongside the item's preview to add, read, and reply to sticky notes during layout and review.
