Reset Your Password

If you forgot your password

1. Enter your email on the sign-in page and continue to the password step.
2. Select Forgot your password?
3. Enter your Email address. If the account belongs to multiple teams, enter the Team name for this reset.
4. Submit the form and open the reset link sent by email. The link expires after one hour.
5. Enter and repeat your new password, then save it.

If you know your current password

1. Open Account → My account.
2. Select Change password.
3. Enter your Current password, New password, and Repeat password.
4. Save the change.

For an SSO-managed account, contact your organization's identity administrator if Relayter redirects sign-in to an external provider.
