Download Publication Files

1. Open a Publication view with a download action.
2. Select the Publication Items and, if applicable, a Variant.
3. Choose the file category or package type offered by the action—for example source files, export files, a merged PDF, or a custom package.
4. Include revisions only when you need earlier versions.
5. Start the download job and open its notification when ready.

Relayter reports an error when none of the selected items has the requested file. Some package types cannot include video or other unsupported formats.
