Link Assets to Products

From Assets

1. Open Assets and select one or more Assets.
2. Choose the action to link Assets to Products.
3. Search or filter the Product list and select one or more Products.
4. Select Link.

From a Product

1. Open the Product and select its Assets tab.
2. Expand the link-Assets section, then search or filter for Assets.
3. Select the Assets to link and save the Product.

Linking does not duplicate a file. The same Asset can be linked to multiple Products. Removing a link does not delete either record.
