Manage Team Settings
Team Settings provide an overview of your team's configuration, usage, and quota limits. Most team settings are read-only and are configured by your Relayter account administrator during team setup. The Team Settings area is organized into tabs for managing different aspects of your team.
Access team settings
- In the top right corner, go to Settings → Team Setup.
- You'll see tabs for different team configuration areas.
View general team information
The General tab displays read-only information about your team:
- Team name — the name of your Relayter team
- Owner — the team owner's name and email address
- Company — your company name (if set)
- Country — your company's country (if set)
- Contract start date — the start date of your Relayter subscription (if applicable)
View team usage and quotas
The General tab also displays your team's current usage and quota limits:
Seats — Shows how many user seats you're using out of your total allocated seats.
Storage — Displays your used storage and total storage limit. If storage usage exceeds 90%, it will be highlighted in red.
Render credits — Shows render credits consumed (if your plan includes render credits) and your total allocation. Render credits are used for dynamic content generation in templates. If you exceed your render credits, the usage will be highlighted.
Content items — Displays how many publication items have been created in your current contract period and your total limit.
InDesign generation — Shows InDesign content generation usage for your current contract period and your total limit.
SVG generation — Shows SVG content generation usage for your current contract period and your total limit.
