Delete a Product or Asset

Delete a Product

1. Open the Product's actions and choose Delete.
2. Review the confirmation and confirm deletion.

Relayter blocks deletion while the Product is used by a campaign Briefing. Remove that use first. Deleting a Product does not delete its linked Assets, but it removes the Product's generated asset-export files.

Delete an Asset

1. Open the Asset's actions and choose Delete.
2. Review the usage list and warning.
3. Confirm deletion.

An Asset can be deleted while in use. Relayter removes it from linked Products, Briefing Items, and Publication Items, then deletes its files. This can leave active work without the content it previously used, so check every listed use before confirming.
