Navigate a Publication

Open a Campaign or Project, select Publications, and open the Publication.

The workflow indicator shows the steps you are allowed to access and the number of items in each. Select a step, then use its configured tabs. Depending on the Workflow, these can include:

• Overview or List for all current items and deleted items.
• Briefing for assigning campaign Briefing Items.
• Layout for placing content.
• Preview for reviewing generated output and Sticky Notes.
• Assets or Upload for files.
• Package for package assignments.
• Automation for generated items.
• Transition items for processing history.

Use the Variant selector when the Publication has more than one Variant. Filters and selection apply to the active view. Missing steps or tabs may be intentional workflow or permission settings.
