Run a Workflow Automation

1. Open a Campaign Publication and a step with an Automation tab.
2. Select an available Workflow automation.
3. Review its rules and start the automation.
4. Monitor the background transition until it finishes.
5. Open the generated Publication Items and verify their Templates and assigned Briefing content.

The Workflow can filter which automations appear by tags. Rules decide which Briefing Items match, whether matches are combined, and whether empty items are created. The automation's Skip duplicate items setting can prevent items it already generated from being created again.
